Access conditions:

  1. To consult the publications marked “For Official Use” (FOU), RSL readers need to provide an official letter of reference from the organisation/institution where they work or study. The letter must be printed on the official letterhead of the organisation/institution, bear the seal and signature of the head, and state the research topic and purpose for using the FOU publications.

  2. Documents included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (FLEM) are provided upon presentation of a letter on the official letterhead of a federal executive authority.
