The Garant Legal Reference System contains complete, systematically organised texts of all existing types of legal documents on legislation, updated promptly and arranged by thematic sections, together with software tools for searching, analysing and processing this information.

The system enables search by formal document attributes such as issuing body (authority that adopted the document), date of adoption / publication / registration, document type, heading, number, status, and so on.

The weekly update to the full Garant system adds approximately 12,000 documents.

CIS Countries Legislation

The CIS Countries Legislation Legal Information System contains codes, laws and other regulatory legal documents from CIS countries in Russian. For countries where documents are only published in the national language, translations into Russian are carried out by professional legal translators. The search engine allows users to search for documents by classification, context, details, keywords and terms. The database is updated and its documents revised daily.
