Requesting and Receiving Materials

The Russian State Library acquires access to licensed full-text and abstract and bibliographic databases for its readers, including foreign resources covering various fields of knowledge. Access terms are set by the licence agreement with the resource provider.

The databases contain e-books, journals, newspapers in Russian and foreign languages, analytical reviews, reports, company profiles, images and other materials with varying retrospective coverage.

On the licensed resources website, you can also find a selection of links to authoritative open-access academic resources.
